Who we are. Ug-nai Digital Marketing Services (“Ug-nai”, “we”) is a sole proprietorship based in Taguig City, Philippines, owned by Maria Rosalia P. Abaya. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect. When you use the Contact Us form on ug-nai.com, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message. We also receive basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

Why we collect it. We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, to provide services you ask for, and to keep records of our business dealings. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it. We use these service providers to run the site and our communications:

GoHighLevel, which hosts this website and stores form submissions and emails. Its servers may be outside the Philippines. Ug-nai Digital’s website and contact system run on a GoHighLevel account operated by Excelerate Digital Marketing, our platform provider. Excelerate has administrator access to that platform and may therefore be able to see inquiry details stored in it.

Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our form from spam.

Google Search Console, which shows us how the site appears in search. It does not receive your form details.

How long we keep it. We keep inquiry records for 2 years after our last contact, then delete or anonymize them. Records we must keep for tax purposes are kept as the law requires.

Your rights. Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or withdraw consent for its processing, and ask for a copy of it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Security. We limit access to your information to the owner and our service providers, and use password-protected, reputable platforms. No online system is completely secure.

Changes. We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
